That is totally unfair and mean. I agree with Refo I would want to hurt them too if they tried to spoil it for me. I want to find everything out on my own. That means no ELM for me on those days that I am reading.

I have been overly excited about the release date. When I found out I was jumping up and down and screaming. I am so glad I was by myself because I think my family would have sent me away. I am counting down the day. 163 more days. 6 months. It seems so far away still.
I feel like time is moving really slow.
Glad to see you are back Posting Shanny. Thanks to all of you who called me wise.

lol! That's ok ;D
I was really excited when I found out about the release date. The moment I found out, I straight away told me best friend ((he relies on me to give him all the Harry Potter news lol)). We're starting to make plans for the 21st of July, so we can get there as early as possible so we are first in line lol!

I remember doing that last year I was like the 10th person in line but got number 16 because off all the books the other people had ordered. People were lining up at like 7pm. I got there at 9pm and thought that was early. I was wrong. I will keep checking on the party to see when it starts. I just hope my son doesn't have a game on the 20th because then I will probably be late or miss his game. I might see if he will go with me this year.

I am glad too. I have pre ordered 3 books, 1 for me, 1 for Brandon and 1 deluxe book for me. I know I will come home and start reading the book and hopefully be able to finish it over the weekend.

Yeah I don't have to pre-order the books or wait in long lines because not that many people around me are HP fans I guess. When the 6th book came out I reserved it at this store and when I went to get it, like no one had bought any yet. I was so happy!!! *does happy dance* I hope I'll be just as lucky this time.

Oh that is nice that you didn't have to wait in any lines. I don't know of many HP fans here either but there were alot when the 6th book came out. It was packed. I didn't mind waiting in the line because before the book went on sale we got to mingle with people and play games and just have fun.

I remember the day when the 6th book came out. I woke my Mum up early that morning, I planted my alarm clock in there the night before lol. When we eventually got down there it was so busy! It was hard to move around the shop so you could get in line! So, I'm definately getting down their earlier this year to avoid that, plus my friend and I will be keeping each other company lol!

I love reading books in my head, but if i am alone in the house then i read allowed when i am walking around the house. when i read i prefer to do it in my bedroom because it is my own private place. i generally read before i go to bed.

I read in my bed but since I am married it bothers my husband. I love to read just before I go to bed. I like any room with a comfortable chair and good light. I have never really read a book out loud.

Same here, I prefer reading to myself, easier to not lose my place. Well, that's just me anyway.

Wow! I didn't go to get the sixth book at 12 am, as I was abroad, but still I got it really early, but was very afraid not to be able to wait to the seventh book to come out, so I didn't read it at once, yeah see how weird? I got it two day after the release, read it after about 5 months, every time I see it I struggle the urge to read it, but I kept reminding myself, that I would never be able to wait to the seventh if I read the sixth now...Well, I was right.
I too dont read aloud (just as I said in a thread before, just the part when Harry shouts at Dumbledore in OotP, I actually acted it ;D put my hand on the door-nob and did everything Harry did, yeah shouting at the top of my voice "THEN I DONT WANT TO BE HUMAN"...lucky the house was empty).
