When she popped up Lucious came and grabbed her and put his wand at her throat "we were waiting for others great thing it was you remember I like you" he laughed "hey dan didnt know Lucious was here how are you?" "Just captured thats all you?" "the same''

"I am fine can you reach them and tell them that if they kill me Bella will be murdered by my mother so go ahead kill me Lucious they cant do anything and if Bellas killed well there goes one of your best Voldemort" she said then Lucious dropped her "Now let me take Dan and we will be on our way" she reaached for him Voldemort then said "welll i can lie without Bella and i knew one day you would bring that up but dont let me stop you but I can have Bella go over to your mothers and kill her so Lucious dont grab her let her be free her friends will be here soon"

Dan was slightly confused, he didn't need rescuing, he came for his own reason, to blast through Voldemort and Lucius like a ton of bricks.
"Roxy, you shouldn't have come. Thanks, but I can take care of myself," said Dan. "I wanted to sort some things out."
"Sort things out? I'm interestede Mr Radcliffe," said Voldemort with an evil smile.
"Yeah I bet you are!" said Dan now facing him. "Why can't you, just for once in your life, just leave us all alone?!"
Voldemort slowly walked over to Dan and placed his bony hand on Dan's shoulder.
"Daniel, you clearly have a lot to learn when it comes to being a Death Eater,"
Dan threw Voldemort's hand off his shoulder and backed away from him.
"I don't want to be a Death Eater! I know what I want, and its definitely not this!"
Voldemort chose to ignore him and continued.
"If I want something, it will be done. I ask the Death Eaters to do something and they will do it for me. I want the Potters dead, it will be done, I want you on the Dark Side, it will be done. Any minute now Harry and Monica will come, it will happen, leaving your precious girlfriend all alone, so my Death Eaters can kill her."

"Yeah and neither will I that wont happen and yes Dan i have some things to sort out myself it wasnt just for you !" she said a little offened then Voldemort turned to her and said "I want both of you to be death eaters with Roxys firey additude and great kick boxing moves and Dan a potter on my side how great would that be so you two i will leave you alone your too young to apparte and i want you to talk about my generous offer" he said then he snapped his fingers and he and the death eaters left the room. She stood up her Dan take that sheet from the bed and roll it up we are going to have to get out of here the muggle way" Dan grabbed the sheet and rolled it while she opened the window then she whispered for him to tie one end to the bed post and give her the other end she threw it out the window and pushed him to start climbing he did then she went down herself and they ran as far as they could to a nearby cottage used the flea network and got back to Dumbledores office

Rosemary was talking to Dumbledore about the weird feelings she had been having before something bad was going to happne. At that momment she was kind of feeling that way right now.
She saw Roxy and Dan climbing down a rope. Mary Rose came out of the necklace once more and opened the window quite easily even though it was locked. Roxy and Dan started talking about Voldemort or somthing and Dumbledore had a weird look on his face...

Monica and Harry stayed by Aleysha's side hoping she would wake up soon. "I wish Dan didn't just disappear like that." MOnica said as she stood next to Harry. "I know. He does all he can to protect my sister. He really loves her." Harry said. "Yes he does." agreed Monica.

in Dumbledores office she told Dumbledore and Rosemary the basics then Dan pulled her away to find Aleysha

Monica put her hand on Aly's forhead as she layed in the hospital bed. "He will be back." she said to Aleysha. Harry held Aly's hand and nodded in agreement as Dan came running into the room. "How is she?" he asked. "NO change yet." Monica said as Aleysha let out a soft moan. "Oh she hasn't done that yet." Harry said as Monica and him moved to let Dan stand next to her.

Dan then sat down, holding her hand still and said, "Baby, if you can me, squeeze my hand as hard as you can."
Aleysha very slightly moved her fingertips.
"Madam Pomfrey!"
Madam Pomfrey quickly rushed over and said, "What's wrong? And where have you been Mr Radcliffe?"
"That's not important. Aleysha has moaned and slightly moved her fingertips," Dan replied, not letting go of her hand.
"That's a good sign, she could wake up at any time now, but slowly so give her time."

Monica gasped knowing that she could wake at any moment. Harry squeezed her hand. He remembered being in the same situation before and knew how it felt waiting and not knowing.

ROxy held her breathe and wished that she would open her eyes. Ron then walked in "did i miss it did she wake up?" then he went and kissed Roxy on the forehead she shushed him and kissed him on the chin

Dan was gently rubbing Aleysha's hand, hoping that soon she will wake up. He can't wait to hear her voice again.
Come on, open your eyes sweetheart
She very faintly said "Dan," but that was all, but that was good progress.
