"It's Professor to you Daniel," said Snape. "Besides, you three," referring to Dan, Cedric and Harry, "Shouldn't be in here."
"Oh who cares, just let us have a little fun all right?"

Snape said " I am so suprised that you are down here Mr. Diggory a prefect with a notorious rebel girlfriend in the hosptial wing for being in a brawl with the owner of a bar. I am just suprised thats all" he said then Cedric stood up and said "Sir, may I be frank?" Snape nodded and Cedric said "Sir, I love ROxy and she is great person and I love her I was with her all week and when she was in the fight she needed to do that. but i was therer for her afer in the hospital wing with her. and about this party she said i needed some time with the guys so here i am." then he took a breath and continued "I am ntot he tpe to drink so smell my breath i am sober and i thought you were higgher than assuming in people Profesor i am suprised" then he waited for Snapes reply he then said "cedric, I am appaled that you would stnad up for her like that that shows great responsiblilty and honor in you. then you may styay but drink like this boy here and if you will not assume in me as well''

Monica heard the conversation between her father and Cedric and almost barfed. Harry saw her and smiled and rolled his eyes. Monica nodded as her father turned back towards her. "So did you know your boyfriend was coming down here?" he asked. "No, I told him to hang out with the guys. It is fine with me cause I know Harry won't get drunk either." Monica stated. "Okay then I will let it go just don't destroy this room." Severus said to everyone as Monica and him left the Slytherin Common Room.
When they were back in his office Monica turned around and looked at her father, "Okay what was that all about with Cedric and you?" she asked. "I don't know, he just talked in circles and I just responded the same way." he said. "Oh okay." she said.

He grabbed three Butterbeers and gave one each to himself, Harry and Cedric.

"Ah Thanks Dan." Harry said taking the Butter Beer from Dan. "Do you think Draco will remember anything he does tonight?" asked Harry as Draco stumbled around the room.

"Oh that is cruel, Ced." Harry said with a laugh. Draco stumbled over a chair and fell down. Everyone in the room laughed as Draco just laid there on the floor. "Now isn't that nice." Harry said.

Draco just laid there Cedric shecked his pulse there wasnt one, he said ''guys he isnt breathing" then he started doing CPR the muggle way. it was all he knew.

"Ah only Draco would die on us tonight." Harry said as he went out the door and ran to Severus office. "Sir we need help, Draco isn't breathing." Harry said. They left the office and went back to the Slytherin common room.
Severus went over to him and performed some magic and Draco was breathing. "Next time adjust his position and he will breath." Severus said as he picked Draco up and carried him over to the chair. "Do not let him drink anymore. If he does drink I will hold you all accountable." he continued as he took the remaining bottles of beer.

"great no pressure there" Cedric said then thought cool spell. he then took Draco's firewhiskey bottle and put water in it.

"Well, that sucks," Dan replied when Snape walked out with the remaining bottles of beer. He decided to make himself comfortable on an empty chair.

"Yeah but I don't want to get detention just because Draco wants to be an a**!" Harry said falling down into another empty chair. "I'm just glad the girls don't know about it either." he continued.
