Back at the castle Sam and Seamus were summoned to Professor Mcgonagalls office.

Sam and Seamus sat down. Professor Mcgonagall said right tell me what happened today at Hogsmeade please. Sam said The girls went shopping with Shanny for Maternity clothes while the guys went to the three broomsticks. Professor Mcgonagall said which girls Miss Patterson?. Sam said Aleysha,Monica,Shanny and me professor. Right ok. She then turned to Seamus and said what guys went with you Mr Finnighan?. Seamus said Dan,Harry,Charlie and me Professor. Professor Mcgonagall then said what happened at the three broomsticks today Mr Finnighan?. Seamus said the bartender chucked out Dan because he rolled up his sleeves as it was hot in there. The bartender saw Dans dark mark and chucked him out. I then wiped the bartenders memory of todays events. Professor Mcgonagall nostrils flared and she said right all of you are banned from going into Hogsmeades till school finishes do you understand?. Sam replied yes Professor. Seamus said yes Professor. Professor Mcgonagall then said Mr Finnighan you have a weeks detention. you are going to be cleaning out the owley and the trophy room. starting from tonight at 8 o clock. meet me at my office and then I will escort you to your detention every night do you understand?. Seamus replied yes Professor. Professor Mcgonagall said you may both go now. Sam goot u to go then Professor Mcgonagall said oh and Miss Patterson please tell the others to come and see me right away once they have returned from their trip. Sam replied yes Professor.

Sam and Seamus left and said great the others won't be happy.

Harry walked back into the shop. "Hey how is everything going with the shopping?" Harry asked as he saw Shanny in a cute pant suit.

Sam and Seamus went back to the common room

"Everything is fine." replied Monica. "How is Dan?" she asked. "Dan is being Dan." replied Harry.

Dan sat down against a tree, Aleysha sat down beside him.
"Now, can you tell me what's going on?" she asked.
"The fear in everyone's eyes in that pub, all of them towards me," said Dan. "The bartender gladly shouted it out so everyone could hear."
"But Dan, Sam wiped his memory."
"I know, I know, his memory, not everyone else's in that pub," Dan replied. He rolled up the sleeve his mark was on and said, "My parents have ruined my life, a chance to be like any other kid my age. I want people to like me not want to run away from me because they're afraid I'll kill them. I can't do the killing curse for a start I'm not that intelligent."
"Good point," said Aleysha with a smile. "Look, everything will be ok. I know its not easy, believe me Harry and I know. There isn't anyone we've met who don't know who we are. But eventually people will learn you're not dangerous and you got this mark against your will. It'll take a while, but it'll happen."
"Thanks sweetheart," said Dan with a small smile and he hugged her.

"Oh that is informative." Monica said. "Okay Shanny are we done?" asked Monica as she turned around to look at Shanny.

"Yes, I think I'm good" She said paying for her new clothes as she pulled her claok tight around her shoulders and headed out the door after Monica and Harry.
"Um have y'all seen Charlie anywhere. He was with Dan and Seamus but since then I haven't seen him in a while."

"I have know idea what is going on or where anyone is." answered Monica as she put her cloak on and followed Shanny out the door. "Here let me carry your packages." offered Harry.

"No there are only a couple and I'm ok." She said smiling. As they walked through hosmede headed back to the school she searched for her missing husband. "Hmm, I wonder where they got themselves too."

Sam and Seamus decided to sneak back out to Diagon Alley without anyone seeing them. Sam saw Shanny and said oh good glad your here um you lot need to see Professor Mcgonagall straight away when you get back to the castle bad news with her. Seamus then said if your looking for Charlie he went back up to hogwarts things got a bit hairy in the three broomsticks with Dan. Oh Yeah can you tell Aleysha and Dan that they also need to see Professor Mcgonagall too if you see them first. right we are going back now bye you lot see you back in the common room. Don't forget go and see Professor Mcgonagall first.

Harry stopped and looked at Monica. "You want to run and hide?" he asked. "I really don't want to go and see Prof. McGonagall." Harry said. "Me either." replied Monica. "I guess we have to go back otherwise we will be in more trouble." Monica said as she started to walk more slowly.

"Um ok...but what exactly happened int he 3 Broomsticks?" She asked a little to late as Sam and Seamus disappeared around a corner. "Uh oh?" She said moving a little faster towards the castle.

Harry had heard what Shanny had said. "I guess I should tell her that the bartender announced Dan was a death eater." Harry said. "Yeah I guess you should." Monica said. "Shanny wait up." Harry said.

"Huh?" Shanny said tunring to face her friends worried that charlie was hurt or that he hurt someone in a rash decision. "Whats up?" She asked adding "I really have to get back and make sure Charlie's ok."

Sam and Seamus waited for the others round the corner. once Monica caught up Sam said Professor Magonagall has banned us lot from Hogsmeades so there is no point in hiding. We got banned because of Seamus wiping the bartenders memory. So we need to tell the others fast.
