Seamus and Sam stopped dancing and went over to the buffet table to top up their drinks.

After Harry and Monica had finished talking Harry went to get them some more drinks. Harry brought the drinks over. "I know you don't like to drink alcohol so here is your water." he said as he handed her the glass. "Thanks dear." replied Monica.

"Yes please," Aleysha replied.

Sam then went to sit back down at their table before they got up to dance. Seamus said so how are you feeling tonight babe?. Sam replied I am good thanks.

Monica drank her water. Harry finished his drink and took Monica's hand as they headed back to the dance floor. The band was playing a slow song. Harry pulled Monica close and kissed her softly while they danced.

Shanny smiled at Monica and Harry and announced into the mic "Well I have a surprise for y'all" she said smiling. "It seems we have an engagement on our hands." She didn't announce whose but she figured everyone would figure it out sooner or later.

Monica almost fainted when she hear Shanny make that announcement about an engagement. Harry looked at Monica and smiled, "Well I guess we could go along with trying to figure out who it is." he suggested. "I guess we could." Monica said as she felt the ring on her finger. "I should have known Shanny would notice." Monica said as Harry kissed her again.

Dan and Aleysha thought for a moment, realised that everyone else in the room was married, expect for.
"Oh my god!" said Aleysha. "It's Harry and Monica! It must be! Harry's been telling me he was thinking of proposing to her!"
Aleysha took Dan's hand and they both walked over to Monica and Harry and Aleysha said to Harry, "You proposed didn't you?"

Harry looked at Aleysha, "What are you talking about?" feigning innocence. Monica blushed and replied, "Well if he has I don't know anything about it." trying to sound non nonchalant. Monica couldn't look Aly in the eyes knowing that she was lying.
"Oh don't you two try to fool me." Alyesha said as she took Monica's left hand and pointed to the ring.
"Okay, yes I did but we didn't want to take any attention off of Shanny or Charlie." Harry said with a smile.

"Yes" Shanny chimed in smiling "Its about time y'all got hitched." She smiled she was happy for her friends and glad that they would be finally happy.

Monica smiled glad to hear that her friends were happy for them. "Well this is your day not ours." Monica said as she looked at her friends. "Yes we will be getting hitched, soon." Harry said with a smile.

"You know your brother too well," said Dan with a smile. "Well congratulations to the both of- oh dear god."
"What's wrong?"
"I just realised, Monica and Harry will be getting married, meaning because Harry's your brother so Monica will be related to us too,"
"How is that bad?"
"Wait I'm not finished yet. Aimee is Monica's aunt, that'll mean she will be related to us!"
Dan's face went white and then he said, "I need some water," and he walked off.

"Oh." Monica said as she laughed. "Guess what, Snape will be related to you too." Monica said with a smile. "I wouldn't worry about Aimee," Monica said, "She will be so caught up in the wedding plans that she will not bother you for about an hour." she said with a smile.
