you know what i just noticed??? well, no one voted for hermione to die... now just watch.. the seventh book comes out and hermione snuffs it. we all might be wrong... only jk knows who'll die i just hope that harry, ron, hagrid, luna, neville,and the rest of the weasleys, and professor mcgonagall, and the orderofthephoenix ALL LIVE. unlikely, but i want them to survive.

I dunno,, the thing is that it is a NON_EVIL character,, Ia lready voted for snape,, out of accident, coz i missed the non-evil part,, but i think he's Evil,, I'll probably vote for Hagrid, he deserve a death in a battle , fighting, he's a tough big guy, & I dont imagine his death as an old man in a warm cosy bed....lol...
& it'll be cruel to say that Harry is gonna die,, its hard to believe JK even MIGHT Kill him..But I will not bed that he will not die :=((((

i sort of agree... i mean, hagrid does deserve a noble death, but i'd honestly prefer him not to die at ALL... i love hagrid... i just want all the evil people to die (and hermione...who i consider evil) ... in a rather gorey death.

Well I think it's safe to say that more than one person will die. Now...I have a good theory that I'm not sure anyone else has come up with yet...at least not that I've seen. I think Harry IS a horcrux. If Voldemort made Harry a horcrux, it would mean he couldn't die unless Harry died first...and since he seems to think Harry is the only one who can kill him, it would ensure his immortality. It explains so much. The night he killed the Potter's, he made Harry a horcrux...but he'd already split his soul so many times, that he was left with next to nothing after doing so, which is why he lost his powers. Then, in Goblet of Fire, when he took Harry's blood, it gave him back enough of his soul to regain his body and his power, leaving enough in Harry still so he'd remain a horcrux. For this reason, I think Harry will sacrifice himself, and someone else will kill Voldemort. As far as Snape's concerned, I don't think he's really a Death Eater. He did what he had to do to remain a spy for the Order...which is what Dumbledore wanted, I'm sure. JK Rowling always words things very carefully, and when Snape made the Unbreakable vow, he hesitated before agreeing to kill Dumbledore, and his expression was "unreadable". I think there's a very good possibility that it'll be HIM that kills Voldemort in the end. I don't think Dumbledore is really dead, either. No...I think it's quite clear that he's a phoenix, or at least magically attached to a phoenix somehow. As far as other deaths occuring...well Ron and Hermione will live, as will Hagrid and most of the other main characters. I think a lot of the Death Eaters, as well as Fenrir Greyback and probably some giants and other creatures will die...and possibly some more minor characters as well. Oh...and for those of you who would argue that Harry can't be a horcrux because Voldemort has repeatedly tried to kill him...keep in mind that Voldemort has other horcruxes out there. Destroying only one of his horcruxes would be a small price to pay to kill the one person who's outsmarted him so many times.
