Kill off Harry Potter. My colleague Phil Maynard is right. It pains me to say so, because - like most Harry Potter fans - the prospect of a sequel has consoled me during the gloomy post-Potter withdrawal period. But next time will be different. JK Rowling says the seventh Potter novel will be the last, and that two of the main characters will die. One of them ought to be her hero.

yea but megan I thought that you actually said that stuff then I was like she doesn't have a colleague ((Yes I spelled it without looking)) or She doesn;t even know a Phil Maynard and thankfully you only copied an interveiw

Dont be pessimistic! JK is still not commenting on the topic of Harry dieing! But its more than two charecters that are going to die.. I think I read the interview you are talking about, but JK said that she had already killed off two goods & two bads.. But she didn't say that that was it.. I'm sure there will be loads & loads of kills in the next book.. yeah, I dont deny it, Harry might be among them, of course not that early in the book, that would make the rest of the book pointless. but I'm an optimestic person, why expect the worst while we have no absolute proof? even if he dies in the end, At least I didn't waste all this time crying about it.. I'm gonna be devastated wheather I expect it or not.. so why do?

I found a website that said most of the main characters die, like Hagird (sp?), Ron, Hermione, and Harry !

well, noone knows for sure, do they.. everything is just fans like us just theorizing for we cant wait for the next book to come out.. so, I'm not losing hope.. I'm going to keep my fingures crossed.

Harry and Voldemort die.
Then possibly in my opinion, Snape, Wormtail, Hagrid.

well, Voldemort is bound to finish, isn't he? The seriese won't end with Voldemort still at large, it won't make sense.. but, I dunno about Harry.. I don't want to think he'll die.. Wormtail & Bellatrix are SO going to die! If not by Harry, by some one from the order, & if not, by me! Hagrid & Lupin have a small chance of living.. though I believe that Lupin is the one who JK "spared" him..

well....I believe that Hagrid is going to leave us (hehe liked this expression! it lowers the side effects!)
NO way am letting Lupin die, he CANT, the last of the three...no, he is not leaving.

To me it's kind of hard to really pick 2 character to die...in my opinion I believe it would be Voldemort and Snape while Harry gets a reprieve or the other way around Voldemort and Harry dies while Snape gets a reprieve.

I know that there are going to be more then just two deaths in this last book. I can't choose just 2 people because it is two hard. I do think Harry and Voldemort will both die though.

I knew it, Harry would die, sooner oer later he will, but I do really hope Lupin lives, I dont want him to die, at least we know Harry has to, but not Lupin! not him, I love this guy.

I hope he lives too but with him being a werewolf he may not live. I don't know but that is just my oppinion. I hope that most of the Deatheaters die. If they don't die then I hope that they go crazy in Azkaban.

Well, that's what am afraid of, am afraid that he has to die coz he is a werewolf, as for the deatheaters, yes, I'd love to read that, espicially Bella's and Wormtail's deaths, Oh that would be fantastic, I'll never tell what my reflexes will be.
