I know what you mean Refo. I don't want them to die but I hope if I keep convincing myself it will be easier to handle. Which I doubt. I have speculated that with the last word being scar in the book (I believe that is true) that the story could end like this. Harry will always be remembered at the boy with the scar. or Harry survived without the scar. (meaning that the scar went away.) Those are just a few I came up with. The first one lets you know that he is dead. The other is that he is alive but won't remember anything about the wizarding world. That ending would be happy and sad because Harry lives but with out any magic which makes it sad.

Well, it could be "and Harry remembers his worst enemy every time he stands in front of the mirror and looks at his scar." that means, Voldemort's dead, Harry's alive, and the scar is there, that is, Harry still remembers the magical world.  |

Yeah I thought of something similar to that but I thought it was too happy of an ending. What would make that sad is if it mentioned about Ginny dieing because that would be more heart ache for Harry to have to deal with. We would be happy that he was alive but sad becaus his true love isn't.

I have ideas but I could never write a book like JK has done.
I just feel that that is the best idea so far. It is happy and sad at the same time.

I think it will be a happy ending because Harry will destroy Voldemort for good and wizards and witches will no longer use he-who-must-not-be-named, in other words no one will fear his name... Harry will be "the boy who lived and conquered"

I guess what you said Nutz is more likely to happene, as GGL said he'll be "the boy who lived and conquered", but still Ginny might be dead by that time.

Neither do I but I just feel that she will kill Harry. If she doesn't I will be overly happy. I can't stand it any more I want to know but I don't want to know.

Well, if she was to shock us, how will she? how are we going to be surprised with Snape? we predicted him being evil, good and even working for his own, is there any other choice she might come up with? and the end of the book, we expected Harry dying and expected him living, how on earth would she shock us in a different way?
Hahaha, imagine it ending with Harry becoming a ghost!

I don't think Harry will be a ghost.
I don't know how she can shock us. Maybe we will find out that Snape is related to Harry in some way. How about that for a shocker. I know now that I have said that you won't be shocked.
There will be some way that she will shock us. Just with the way she writes I can see it happening. Just not sure how.

Yeah, ;D it would be very very creepy, but a really stunning piece of shock to see Harry as a ghost, I am terribly sure that wont happene, and happy to know it wont.
Oh my God! that does seem one of the good shockers.
Yeah, I know what you are talking about Nutz, I feel the same, I just knowshe will, I can see it too, but I have no idea how.

Now I just wonder how could they be related. Maybe Snape and Lily were cousins. I know I shouldn't be trying to think of anything to shock us but I know I am curious. I am glad there won't be any leaks about the book. At least I hope not.
