Ha Megan I like what you said about some of Sirius qualities. That was funny. I just think we will have to wait and see what happens in the movie. I think he will do a good job.

These pictures are not convincing me of his personality, that's for sure (ex. always looking drunk, girls hanging off of him...) But we'll just have to see in the movie. If he stinks, I'll be quite disappointed.

Oh God. HarryLatino posted pictures of Snape & the marauders in the pensieve scene. I have absolutely nothing to say except that when I saw the marauder's picture all I did was just stare, feeling absolutely nothing at all. Snape:  Marauders:  So, are they trying to convince us that The "casual elegance" in Sirius's hair is the effect of his wavy BROWN locks or that James's hair is lighter than my hair & is lying perfectly flat? |

I am glad to see this pics posted. I felt the same way when I saw them. I am not overly convinced about them. I felt nothing when I looked at them except oh great we finally have pictures. That was all I had felt.

I now know what I feel about those pictures.
Since I'm the always-optimist, I'll give my positive feedback first.
Snape's Picture. He's as good a young Snape as one would have wished for! He's really really good.I don't know how they found someone sooo good for his role! I'm really happy about that choice.
Marauders' Picture. I'll start from the right to the left.
If that's Peter, (He better be, 'cause if he's Remus, someone ought to stop from strangling WB.), then he's definitely NOT what I imagined him to be. I never really liked the adult Peter (not that I really liked ANY of the adult marauders. >(.. ) He didn't look human. I don't think that even 13 years in an aimagus form could make him look that way. He didn't look ugly, he looked inhuman. If HP was science fiction, I'd say he's an alien. Anyway, I don't know what is wrong with the way he looks exactly, but he's just not right. & why does he look haughty? I'm not sure such an expression should be worn by Peter Pettigrew.
James: *choke/cough* Aha. Yes. James.. I don't know, should I really comment? how stupid can such a decision be? Oh god, I really hope that they decidedto give Remus glasses & give him a concieted character rather than give JAMES flat dark-blond hair. I feel deep incredulous indignity for James' sake about his trademark hair.
Sirius:................ Gaaaaawwwwd! Why can't they get the message?!?!?! Light brown wavy hair & plain facial features ARE NOT SIRIUS! Just 'cause the sodden actor has gray eyes doesn't mean he's looks like a Sirius!! Sheesh! Yes, dad has gray eyes. He'll make a PERFECT Sirius. Especially with his mustache. I think they just wanted him to look like Gary Oldman. Anyone fancy going with me to "maraud" their studios & shoot some poeple?
I think Remus could be the one at the back whose face you could see between "peter" & "James". But I have no speculation as to who is the one alongside him. Maybe they decided James doesn't need glasses? *hopeful*
& is it just me, or is James really wearing shoulder-pads? *Hides mouth to stop gagging*

If you look really close the 2nd one does have glasses like Harry's. That has to be James then. I just don't know what to think about them. I like the Snape one but nothing else really suited me.

Please tell me the boy with the brown wavy hair isn't Sirius!? HE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE SIRIUS!! Sirius has BLACK hair and very handsome features. They had better fix that before the movie! The boy that plays Snape is hotter than Sirius on here!! Thats not good!
Also whats with James having light brown/dark blonde hair? Doesn't the casting director read the friggin books!?!?!
I can't really see Remus to judge him.

THEY GOTTA BE KIDDING! OMG! that's bad! awfully bad! SIRIUS! Well Mems, whatever you told me I've never expected it like this. NO! that can't be..James! OMG! wavy haird Sirius and a giant Peter (that's if they didn't mean that guy to be Lupin), no no no! I can't believe it, really it's bad.
They look like geeks! (the worst sort of geeks).

Thats a brilliant idea Mays! It'll be called the WTF Marauders? Army! As a first mission we should go dye and straighten "Sirius'" hair and dye "James'" hair as well. I mean come on thats just not them! Monica may be right though. They'll probably change it all. *mutters 'or else' under breath* lol.
Ok, I just looked at the pic again and is it just me or does "Sirius" looked kinda shy in that picture? I mean he's looked down at the ground and as a kinda shy smile. WTF?!?! SIRIUS BLACK ISN'T SHY! He should be smirking or something!!
