That is a very high price to pay to see Dan. It has been a while since I have been to a play on Broadway so I can't compare the price. Sorry you can't go see it. Is that the cheapest ticket?

I am glad to see that you are going to be able to see it. I know you will have a wonderful time and will let us know what you thought about the play and how Daniel did. I wish I could go see it.

It costs £124 for the front row next to the stage. The price depends on where you sit in the theatre, The theatre layout is in a circle.

Just to jump in on the Equus debate, I know ppl are up in arms about the nakedness in the play, but as far as I know (and i may be wildly mistaken) the boy in the play is...eh... doing other "stuff" to the horses too as well as blinding them. That sounds like ripe fodder for those who are taking the moral highground about Equus, but nobodys mentioned it, all they're on about is the nudity. Molesting horses is far more deivant, if you ask me! Just goes to show, they know nothing about the play.

I must add. Firstly, the play was written back in the 60s/70s. This recent version is a revival. Before anyone gets up in arms about cruelty to animals, no real horses are used. They are actors with fantastic costumes, if what I've read is true.
Its a story, a young boy's journey into manhood as well as the thoughts and insecurities that plague him.....its quite a different thing to Harry Potter, I will admit, but the nudity is right at the end of the play and is only for about 5 minutes!

I know this play was written a long time ago. I am appalled by the people who have negative things to say about the play. I think the play sounds interesting. I liked what both Sala and Pureblood said. I know they didn't use real horses. The nudity was for a short time. I have heard about 10 to 20 mins total. I think the play sounds interesting and would love to go see it just so I could understand it better.
