Who were the two main ones she was talking about? I thought at first it was Mad-Eye and Fred...but then what about Snape, surely he was a main charater too... and Lupin.

haha, you know i totally forgot about Voldie! It's was prolly hima nd snape she was taking about. maybe she'll tell us in her new potter encyclopedia (sp?) whenever it comes out.

I thought she meant two main characters died that she had not planned on dieing at first. I know MR. Weasley was the one who got the reprieve.
IF I had to take a guess I would say that the two she was talking about were................... ah..........um ............... possibly Mad eye and Tonks. OR Lupin.

i think she was just trying to make us more shocked when we read the book and were like "Holy ****!!! hedwig, colin, fred, snape, voldie, lupin, tonks, dobby, bellatrix, nagini, crabbe, moody, half of harry and about a billion death eaters all died! thats a little more than two, JK!" any of those people except for the death eaters could be called main characters.

i cry alot when dobby died! and i can't even think what will happen to george without fred
and lupin and tonks! they've just got a baby and they die!!
i can say the last book are full of surprises

I only cried when Dobby and Fred died. I also cried when Reamus and Tonks died too. Teddy is like Harry now. they have something in common. No Parents.
