Is your avatar width and height set at 100?
I think that maybe the problem...

Yeah sorry about that, the default size for proboards avatars are 65 x 65. All my avatars are 100 x 100, so everyone needs to change that when they use one. Its very annoying and I apologize.

for some reasons i can't use ELM avatars..i have to get them off of photobucket.

I have the avatars from ELM but I save them to my computer then upload them to Photobucket. That is how I am able to use them.
