I got this forum because of the amount of comments I got on the everlastingmagic.com guestbook that were not really suited to a guestbook but more a forum. 
I did this for you people out there so please follow these rules so we don't get ourselves into trouble.
Please note that anyone who breaks the rules will get kicked out or in the most extreeme I will get rid of this forum all together....so behave
WE NOW HAVE NEW RULES AS FROM DECEMBER 7th, 2006
1. No Swearing
(There are currently 24 censored words. If you try to post one of these banned words, they show up as this: **swear*rule*broken**
If you are worried you have broken the rules, after you post if a word that if a word has been replaced by : **swear*rule*broken** then you can just go back and modify your post, that way you arent going against the rules. If you leave it there, then suffer the consiquences.)
2. No lying
3. No unnecessary or pointless posting
4. No arguing
5. No putting down of your fellow posters
6. When you start a new TOPIC. Make sure the subject explains what the topic is about !!!!
7. No excesive smilies (that means no more than 5 per post)
8. Limit your chat speak to a minimum so others can read it.
9. Don't instruct others on what they can and can't say or do here unless you know its part of the rules.
10. Don't start a topic talking about something that already has the exact same topic.
11. No acting like your admin or moderator when your not, like making your own rules and telling memebers what they can and cannot write in your thread.
12. NO posting off topic unless in the off topic section, this forum is basically for HP and HP only, you can go on about, the books, the actors, the characters, the writer, the films, but nothing that hasnt got anything to do with HP in some way HAS to be written in the OFF TOPIC section.
13. Entire signature size must be no more than 530 x 155 pixels, it can contain as many images as you like but they must all not be large than this size when combined on the screen.....this size is below:
please PM me straight away if this image is not appearing.
14. No general chatting unless its in the chat room. General chatting with fellow members can slo be done through PM's, dont waste space on the forum just talking.
15. KARMA, it is completely voluntary, it shouldnt be discussed, like "I just gave you karma", that shouldnt be said, and not games promting the giving of karma, it needs to be a true representation.
16. NO threads started that will just be to say something that wont have responses needed by other members, most or all threads need to have some sort of discussion about them.
17. All posts (except for competitions and word games(postponed from 02/01/07)) must contain AT LEAST 20 words, no posting one post after another in sucsession, what you want to say must be written in one post.
18. No posting just to make your ranking higher. ( and yes the admins can see if this has been done).
19. If you wish to thank a member, PM them. You can thanks them in a following post as long as you plan to write something else as well.
20. No posts containing what you did that day, this is about 'Harry Potter' not a personal Blog.
