The Yule Ball

((Yea I know it's late but what the hey!))

Chey was fixing her hair before going down to the entrance hall and meeting up with Neville.

She was wearing thisVVVVV:



And was putting her hair up in this styleVVVVVV:



"Okay perfect" Chey said finishing up.

~*~Entrance Hall~*~

Chey barley peaked behind the pillar and saw Neville talking to Ron.

"Deep breath in" Chey said quietly taking a deep breath "And out" Then she step out behind the pillar and carefully walked down the stairs.

"Whoa Chey looks beautiful" Aimee said walking over to Neville

((Yay! I was hoping that there was going to be a Yule Ball!))

Aleysha just got her dress deilvered to her by Sirius, which had a note attached to it.



Aleysha,
Your mother wore this dress on her wedding day, and I think she would have wanted you to wear it tonight.

Look after it and take care.
Sirius.

She put on her dress, did the final touches to her hair.

((but in like sort of a cross between orange and strawberry blonde))

Then she left the dorm and went to find Dan.

In the Entrance Hall, Dan saw Chey walked off with Neville and went over to Ron, holding a gift, who was then joined by Harry.
"Hey Dan," said Ron "What's in the box?"
"Yeah Dan," said Harry.
"None of your business!" Dan replied, putting it away.
Just then the three of them saw Aleysha walk down the stairs. When Harry looked at her, tears slowly came out of his eyes.
"Harry what's wrong?" Ron asked.
"She looks like Mum," he replied. "Exactly like Mum."
Ron went to confront Harry as Dan went to see Aleysha.
"You look amazing," he said. "Oh, I got you a little something."

Dan opened the box and revealed this:



"Oh my god, it's beautiful," she replied and Dan put in around her neck.
Suddenly Harry came and gave her a huge hug.
"Hey Harry," she said.
"You look so beautiful," he said "So much like Mum."
"Oh Harry," said Aleysha, hugging him tighter then let go.
"Go on," said Harry "Go in there, we'll see you later."
Then Dan and Aleysha walked into the Great Hall.

((Aimee was fixing her hair. No one knew who she would be attending the Yule ball with. After the whole Ron thing, everyone expected to stay in that night.))

"Its bad enough when a boy goes alone, but for a girl its just sad." Ron said during one of our many arguments after the big blow out.

"For your information I have been asked to go to the ball." He gave me a look, "And I said yes!" I said as I stormed off.


((As I fixed my hair and made sure not a hair was out of place. I removed my dress out of the trunk and put it on. Perfect. I made my way down to the stairs to the common room where my brother Severus Snape was standing there in his more formal robes.))

"Mind if I escort you."

"Yes you may escort me to my date."

"Your date?"

"Surpised? Yes I do have a date!"

"Fine, shall we go?"

((we locked arms and made our way to the great hall. Everyone was inside exept the champions. One of the champions stand alone. Cedric Diggery and I locked eyes and I joind the line as Severus went inside.))

"Oh I have a little something for you" Neville said pulling out a box.

"What is it."

"Open it and you'll see."

When chey opened the box she saw the most stunning thing

"Neville! It- it's amazing!" Chey said wrapping her arms around his neck

"It's an engagement ring, since I asked you and you said yes but I didn't have a ring for you till now." Neville explained

"Oh you didn't have to do that."

"Actually I did or my grandmother would have killed me."

EJ went to the ball, with her partner, Seamus Finnigan.

She was wearing something out of her comfort zone, a Goth dress.



"You look wonderful tonight," said Seamus. He was really amazed with what she had chosen to wear, for he was thinking that he would have to date a psychopath. "I mean, you can dress really nicely for a person of your calibre when you feel like it."

EJ didn't know whether to take this as a compliment or not, so she accept the comment. "Well, I am really fortunate to have dated such a beautiful man."

"Me too," said Seamus. "Let's go into the Great Hall, so that we can meet our friends."

"Yes, let's!" said EJ. She couldn't wait dance and show off in front of her friends her new dress.

Dan and Aleysha saw Seamus and EJ walk into the Great Hall.
"Wow! Don't you two look nice!" said Aleysha.

*The champions were announced one by one as we entered the great hall. Everyone was shocked that I showed up, and who I showed up with.*

"This is beautiful!"

"Not at beautiful." He said

*I waved at EJ who was standing with Seamus, and I winked as I walked by her.*

Chey saw Jello and waved at her

"It's beautiful in here" Chey said in awe

"Not nearly as beautiful as you." Neville said

*the champions took center floor and when the music started it seemed as if everyone of us were flouting on air*

"Where is my brother?" I said looking around as we danced.

"Look, there."

"Oh!" I waved at Severus.

Neville was such a graceful dancer

"You've been practicing."

Dan and Aleysha watched the champions all dance together.

*then just like that the music blasted out rock music*

"NOW THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!!" I yelled!! "WOOO!!!"

"OH YEA!" Chey yelled out

"Thanks Aly, CC and Aimee," said EJ, as she took a glass of Pumpkin Juice.

When the weird sisters started playing, EJ danced with Seamus.

Dan quickly put his drink down onto the table and dragged Aleysha out onto the dance floor.
