[Doxy Hybrid]

((I know that there is a club for the DA on ELM already, but I thought it would be fun to RP as the characters and their personal lives around trying to aviod Umbridge andsticking up or Dumbledore, not the actual spells-learning bit. Its more of a social side to the DA))[ Doxy winced as the words cut deep into the back of her left hand, inscribing deep into her flesh the words I must not misbehave against hogwarts high inquisitor. A trickle of blood dribbled lazily down her clenched fists as she continued writing her lines, and with every penstroke the cuts grew deeper, and her hatred of the small toad-like woman who sat in front of her. Doxy's teeth ground together tightly, but she uttered no sound. She knew what Umbridge wanted, and it wasnt long before Hogwarts High Inquisitor brought it up; 'That shall do for now, dearie.' She said with a sweet smile as Doxy flung down the quill. 'Now, we both know, that you were very wrong, miss Macnair, and all I want to do it help, and I can if you tell me why you were hanging around on the fifth floor after lights-out?' Doxy glared at the lady. 'I'm not the one who needs help.' She retorted, leaning back and folding her arms. 'And for your information, the girls toilets were flooded thanks to Moaning Myrtle so I had to use the ones of the fifth floor- I suppose you have a rule against that too??" Umbridges smile faltered and here eyes grew cold. 'So. . you're still unhelpful.' 'WHat else do you want me to say? Excactly HOW I went to the bathroom? What toilet paper I used??" Doxy snapped, rolling her eyes. 'That outburst has just earned you another detention tomorrow, Miss Macnair.' Dolores Umbridge cooly, showin Doxy the door. 'I had thought that with scum for a father, you would be. . . a little more helpful to the ministry, but obviously not.' Was the professors parting shot, as she slammed the door in a furious Doxy's face. Doxy took a minute to regain herself, and then took off running towards the fifth floor. She had almost missed the DA meeting, the others would kill her.

Dan and Aleysha were also on their way to the DA meeting as well, when unfortunately they happened to have met up with Umbridge while they were on the third floor.
"Well, well, well. It's one of the famous Hogwarts couple, Miss Potter and Mr Radcliffe," Umbridge said with a smile.
Dan and Aleysha just both forced a smile.
"You do remember that you have a detention tomorrow night, right Mr Radcliffe?"
"Yes Professor," Dan replied.
"Good, you're not as stupid as what some people make you out to be," she answered and walked off.
Dan clenched his fists and went to attack her but Aleysha stopped him.
"You attack her and you'll get another detention! Come on, we better get to the meeting!"

Monica was walking with Ginny to the DA meeting. They saw Aleysha and Dan talking to Prof. Umbridge. They stopped and hid behind a statue so she wouldn't see them. After she passed they caught up with Dan and Aleysha. "Hey guys." they said running up behind them. "What did the toad want." Ginny sneered.

'Its obvious, the toads a sick twisted *********" Doxies sentance ended in a word than would have got her banned from the meeting, but thankfully, no teachers or other students were there to hear her. 'Detention, detention, detention- i assume thats what she wanted to see you about?' She asked Dan, showing everyone the bleeding wounds on her right hand. 'Heres a tip- bring gloves.'

"Oh Doxy." Ginny said looking at her hand. "I wish we could just kill her." she said. "Don't we all." Monica chimed in.

[Doxy Hybrid]

'Well, maybe we should.' Doxy said darkly, adjusting her robes to hide the scars. 'Well, not excactly KILL.' She said arkwardly after a moments silence, 'But we need to get her out of the way before Dan's detention tomorrow. She's questioning everyone in detention about Dumbledore and the DA. Next she might use Veritaserum or physical force.'

"Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Do we have any ideas as to what we should do to her?" Monica said. "You know she is going to get to us soon." Monica said pointing at herself and Ginny.

'Well thats even more reason to bump her off, innit?' Doxy wrinkled her nose and winked comically towards the room of requirements. 'I'll tell you after the meeting.'

After the meeting. . .

'Alright, now that our patronouses are nearly complete- that might help us.' DOxy said as they snuck qiuetly out of the hidden room and into the deserted corridors. 'They will help us keep in contact with each other if we channel our voices through them like we were just thought . . . .' She quickly ducked behind a door pretending to be a portait and motioned for the otheras to follow. 'We'll need an invisibility cloak, and a LOT of joke sweets and stuff like that. Maybe we should go for sabotage to start off with- just to send out the message to umbridge that we're not going to stand for this rubbish?'

"That would be good. Scare her first." Monica said. "Well Harry has an invisibility cloak. I will ask if we can borrow it." suggested Monica. "I'm sure my brothers will help us too." Ginny said with confidence. "I can be very persuasive." she said with a smile.

[Doxy Hybrid]

Doxy beamed at Ginny. 'That,' She said with trimumph in her voice. 'Is JUST what we need- if your brothers join us then Umbridge is as good as dead. Thanks, Ginny and Monica.' Doxy sat down on a cushioned bench and continued. 'I have lots of . . . .objects that would help us. THey're not excactly LEGAL. . . or normal, so I need you to be careful. My father aqquired them a while ago. THey're not fatal, but they're dangerous.'

Monica looked at Doxy. "Sure. What do we need to do next?" she asked as she looked at Doxy. "What items do you have?" Ginny asked.

Roxy popped in behind Monica "hey guys what have i missed I am sorry i missed eerything didnt i?"

"Ah Roxy I think you need to invest in a watch." Monica said as she jumped and felt her heart racing. "I will let Doxy explain because mu nerves are shot right now." she stated.

Doxy picked herself up off the floor where she had fallen and lowered her wand from Roxy's face. 'Okay- rule one; NO SNEAKING UP ON ONE OF YOUR OWN.' She muttered, dusting off her hair. 'Okay Roxy, here's the thing. Umbridge is getting worse and worse in her punishments.So. . . . think of us as a . . .side-group of the DA. We want to take Umbridge down, not just resist her silently. So, you wanna join or not?'She turned away from Roxy momentarily, rummaging in the pockets of her robes and pulling out a small bag. 'As for the objects i said i had- this is called a Spell Detonator.' She added, pulling a small blue orb out of the bag. 'Squeez it and throw it into a crowd. It fires out a multitude of spells from stunning to. . . .slightlymore serious ones. Great for distractions.'

I popped out from behind Aly.

"How could you all!? Pranking the toad and not inform me?! Harsh, so whats the plan, you know I'm always in for a good prank." I said leaning on Aly who was still holding her breath from when I popped out and scared her.
