Thanks guys
On the subject of partying well I never did that stuff my freshman year. Well we did have a after homecoming party but that was because our homecoming was HORRIBle.. honestly I wished I could have just not gone which is what I did my sophmore year. THere was some drinking but I didnt....that year. Sophmore year was the first year I tried alcohall and that year there was a whole lot of parties. We went crazy and I hated myself. Junior year wasnt that much bettter until I met my boyfriend and we have been together and since Ive been dating him I havent gotten drunk.
I love driving it is so, so, so, so much funn... just me on the road in my horrible car. I had a cute one but when I was parked someone stole it. I was sad...so my mom got me a really crappy old old old explorer.

Well I don't think anyone will take your car now Roxy. Be happy that you have a car at your age. I know some kids that won't get one unless they buy it themselves.

Yeah that is what my daughter has to do too. I just know some that actually buy their own cars and then pay for inspection, gas, tuning it up and things like that. Some even have to pay for their own insurance. Then I know a few that don't pay anything for their car.
I never had a car to call my own when I was younger. My sister did cause she went off to a college that she had to drive to. I took the train to college. I have had my own since I have been married.
I think it is great for the younger generation to have their own cars so that they get use to the bills that come along with it. Even if it is only paying for gas.

Well I don't think anyone will take your car now Roxy. Be happy that you have a car at your age. I know some kids that won't get one unless they buy it themselves. Or if they have their license. *sigh* There are parties around town, but they are like ten kids in a basement. They know not to cause noise because the cops will be on them in an instant. I say it is because the cops are patrolling 24/7. Seriously, they have nothing better to do since this town is like 1/16 of NY City. I will most likely have to buy my car because my parents said they most likely weren't going to buy me something that increased my chance for death so much. Honestly I think they want a better car, and I can't blame them. The van is from the late 90's. So old and problems coming left and right. I never go to our homecomings because the freshman year one was lame. The dance was lame. We lost the game, heck we lost every game. Last year we won, but I wasn't going to chance it, and found out it was a dud. I have tried alcohol once, but it was on a dare [not proud of that, was last year.] and almost puked after it hit my throat. I think it was a dacari or something, anyway it was nasty. I refused to drink anymore

Smart girl. I hate how people my age drink like fish it is so stupid. I hate people like that who just think that the only way they can have fun is if they are drinking. My friend drinks like that and she and her brother go and get drunk all the time. Her brother got busted and their parents sat them down and said they were alcoholics and told them they had to tell them who all they drank with. They told on a bunch of my friends and they all got in so much trouble. We dont speak anymore.
Our football team sounds alot like your schools team becuase they always lose. I hate having to watch them...but being with all my friends watching them is soo much fun.
The rich people at my school always get the best cars and dont have to pay for them. They can crash a car then get daddys new mercedes. Three cars this one girl got till her parents said no.

Wow that girl is spoiled. She will never be able to make it on her own and she will probably marry a man just for money.
I have to say that when I was your age I never tried drinking until I was about 18 years old. I had tried Peach Schnapps and only had one small glass. It wasn't that great. I saw how my mom turned to alcohol after her mother died that I didn't want to turn out like she did. It was my last year in high school and it was a party my friend threw. I was such a goody goody that I drove anyone home who had been drinking and didn't have a car so I didn't drink until everyone that leaving had left.
My daughter tried alcohol recently and her boyfriend wasn't happy about it. But he has to remember he is older then her and has gone through that stage. I do know that she didn't get drunk. Just not sure how much she drank. I don't think she was thrilled with it though.

It was the nastiest thing. I don't want to ever touch it again. Bleck! One of the rich girls has a mustang that she wrecked. Then they fixed it and wrecked again. So then she got a new car, wrecked it, now its an Eclipse or something. It is sad though, because she will always be that way. And I do think they go to marry for money and eventually cheat on their spouses.
I love going to the games and watching. My 'friends' want to walk around and socialize. I think if I pay four bucks to get in, I better be watching and not talking. Whats the point if you pay the money and don't know who won. Many a time I ask them what the score was or who won and they say, "I don't know! I was watching that cute lineman!" It is funny though because once I told them the lineman was a linewoman and they had a sick look on their face. Course one of the seniors had to ruin it, but it was priceless.

Ha. That was good. I mean you can socialize during a delay or half time but to go and walk around the whole time and never watching the game is stupid. I actually like to watch the games to see the marching bands play. I do watch the game but I also like the entertainment.

I like our half-time shows. We always have our dance team preforming as well as cheerleaders. It is fun to watch both. And they do, just walk around cause trouble and not pay a second glance to what happened in the game besides some cute lineman. ;D
They were a tad bit mad at me for that one. But I laughed it off and still do today.

That is great. You need to do what you like and nothing more.
I spoke to my daughter about her drinking and she said she didn't like the feeling. She said she would drink but not to get drunk and act all stupid. I just hope she sticks to her decision.

Ok, you all know pretty much my job(s). Well lemme tell you about the security one... lemme tell you who I just worked.... Jonas Brothers..... yes, those 3 guys gave me hell. Not that they were comming off stage and not tellin anyone so there were rushes of girls.... its the fact that all the girls... 7-19 were screaming in almost dog hearing pitched screams. For those of you that have never witnessed this... it sounds and feels like there are fireworks going off in your ears.... it was horrible..... NEVER AGAIN!!!! Me and my friend Rachel that works there were both saying I should have gone to my car and get my bat and beat the 17000 that were in attendence. And yes, half of these girls were either wearing short shorts, or short skirts. I wanted to slap each one of them across the face, send them home to change, and they couldnt come back till they had................ but my supervisor wouldnt let me... lmao.

lol...
Okay I have to say I use to go to concerts and scream for the guys, but I don't think I ever dressed like they did. It was usually jeans and a t-shirt or jean shorts and a t-shirt. I guess some parents just think their girls look so cute dressed like that.

My sister bought a skirt and the look on my mother's face.... PRICELESS!! So I had to buy one of those long t-shirts and I sewed it to the skirt and made it look like a dress, it was awsome, my sister wears it all the time. She said I should be a fashion designer. Well what does she expect. When we couldnt afored Barbie cloths, I would take old clothes that didnt fit anymore and make awsome dresses and stuff. lol It was like making a Barbie dress for a life size Barbie. lol

Nice. I haven't been to a concert but my friends that have always say they are loud. Not just the music loud. Most of them wear the band t-shirt and either jeans or shorts. Except one who went through the whole 'show off the leg' phase. That was fun *sarcasm*, everyday it was short shorts or a skirt. I can't tell you how many dress code violations she wracked up. Now she is out of that [thankfully] and is in the modesty stage.
