Yes, I think Luna will appear again, actually am sure she will, and I have a slight feeling she'll be Neville's girlfriend.

What do you think of Luna's behaviour, I mean, she acts weirdly at times, but still I guess she's smart when she wants to be..not sure if it makes any sense.
