When Harry and the gang were with Hagrid the first time just before the execution of buckwheat, and they were in his hut, when the stone came through the window and broke the vase, who through that stone, in other words, I understand when they went back in time to save Serius Black and buckwheat, it was Hermione that through the stone, but there are several events that took place at this point in the movie, that happened before they went back in time. My question is, who did it the first time? Who through the stone, who lured the werewolf away from attacking Harry, who did Hermione think she saw down in the trees, and when they did go back in time, whose legs and feet did they see right after buckwheat saved them from Professor Lupin as the werewolf, and last, how did Harry save himself, the first time around? Surely I am not the only one who has noticed these things

First off the name of the hippogriff is Buckbeak not buckwheat.
And Second time travel is very difficult to explain.

When you go back in time, things that have happened to you previously may have been caused by you. It was Harry and Hermione who did these things because they were always going to go back in the first place. What I don't get is why Buckbeak died the first time, but not the second. And how Sirius escaped only the second time.
