((I know Christmas has been and gone, but we can still have a Christmas party))
It was Christmas Eve night, and Dan and Aleysha were sitting in front of the Common Room fire.
"It's Christmas Day tomorrow," said Aleysha while resting on Dan's shoulder.
"Sure is," he replied. "That means Santa's coming tonight!" he added with a smile.
Aleysha chuckled and said, "Yes that's right, but I don't know if you'll get anything, you've been pretty naughty this year."
"Excuse me?! I've been through a lot more than anything. I deserve presents, even though I've been a bit of a pest," he replied.
Aleysha smiled and said, "You're right, I mean, you've kept me safe all year from danger, and that I'm thankful for."
"I know that," he replied. "Besides, I can't have my girl out of my life, I don't know what I'll do without you."

Monica was up stairs in her room finishing up on her wrapping of gifts. When she was finally finished she put all her presents under her bed and put a charm around her bed so no one could look for presents. She walked out of her room and closed the door and went down to the common room.
"Oh don't you two look cute." Monica said as she saw Dan and Aleysha cuddled up on the sofa.
"You know Dan if you are up too much longer Santa won't visit." Monica said as she sat down on the blue feather chair.

Roxy and Cedric were in the Hufflepuff common room trying to grab all the christmas presnets they got for their friends. Roxy grew herself another arm and helped get the rest up to the Ravenclaw commmon room where they had set up a tree earlier then they set them down and Roxy put the other arm back in her so she just had two again. then noticed all their friends and said "Hey guys MERRY CHRISTMAS!!" then Cedric said "Yeah Merry Christmas'' Roxy then said "so wait when is this party starting?"

Charlie was hangin out in front of the fire waiting for Shanny to get off duty from the HW. He saw Roxy and Cedric come in and offered em a hand. "Here guys let me help." He said smiling taking some of the gifts and putting them under the tree. "Shanny should be up in aminute or two." He said looking at the doorway.

(Hey guys sorry I haven't been on in forever. School has been killing me but now that exams over over I have more time on my hands. Hope you all had a great Christmas!)
"Dad! You're going to break one of the presents that way!" Megan screeched at her father as he started to levitate the bag of Christmas present Megan had gotten. She had hid them all in her dad's office for safe keeping. Now he and Remus were helping her take them to the Ravenclaw common room.
"Oh Megan calm down I'm perfectly...OH!" He said tripping over a stairs. As the charm is broken the bag falls to the ground. Remus thankfully catches it before anything is broken. Megan and Remus both look at Sirius with stern faces.
"Ok...so maybe I shouldn't do that."
"Good idea there Pads." Remus says handing him the bag again. Megan rolls her eyes at her dad but smiles,"I swear dad..."
When the near the common room, Megan's and Sirius' Christmas spirit starts with full force.
"Grandma got run over by a reindeer.
Walking home from our house Christmas eve.
You can say there's no such thing as Santa,
but as for me and grandpa we believe!" They sing at the top of thier lungs. As they finish the song and enter the common room, Megan smiles seeing her friends sitting by the fire,"Merry Christmas everyone!"

Shanny came in after them and smiled at the singing. "Quiet y'all or you gonna break the windows." She said smiling carrying a crap load of boxes and bags. "Charlie" she said throwing a box at him.
He caught it and smiled "Thanks babe." he shook it a second and then read the tag, "Oh its not mine." He smiled at everyone and put it under the tree.
Shanny shook her head and tossed a few more to her husband and then took the rest to the sofa with her. "Jordan at your mums?" she inquired
"Yep, he's all good, Ginny's got him for the weekend."
"Score" Shanny said smiling. "We need to get him a few more toys. Before 'Santa' comes"

"Thanks Charlie" she said then picked up the present and said "haha its for Filch?" she said confused then looked at the tag again and it read
' To Filch
From Your favorite ever!'
then she showed it to Cedric and he said "who would get Filch a present?" then looked around the room to see if any one else knew. she put the gift back down then put the rest of hers and Ceds.

Monica watched as all her friends were putting their gifts under the tree. Monica was waiting for Harry to arrive. She walked out of the common room to see if he was on his way when she saw a pile of gifts walking towards her. "Do you need some help?" she asked as she noticed it was Harry. "Yes, sure could." he said as Monica grabbed some of the gifts. Monica turned to go back in to the common room when Harry said, "Wait don't go in yet." He handed her a gift first. "Open this first." he said.

"I did" Charlie said. "Its not a real present...its a trick when he openes it, a black 'ghost' will follow him and call him names and taunt him for about 2 weeks" Charlie said smiling. "The twins made him for me, and I figured i'd give it to the man who punished me almost everyday" He smiled as Shanny shook her head...
"Oh please."

Monica turned around as Harry had spoken the words, 'open this first.' She looked down and saw Harry holding a small bag in his hand. Monica placed the presents on the table next to the door and looked at Harry as she took the bag from him. "I thought we agreed not to give any gifts before Christmas." Monica said with a stern look on her face. "Please just open it." he said as he moved closer to her. Monica sighed and put her hand in the bag. She pulled out another bag that was even smaller. "Okay how much smaller is this going to get." she jokingly said. She took the tissue paper out of this bag and saw a small box. She pulled the box out. As she opened the box a little cherub flew up and said in Harry's voice, "Monica will you marry me." Monica looked at the ring then at Harry and smiled as she shook her head. She mouthed the word yes as she gave Harry a kiss and hug.
Harry took the ring and took Monica's left hand and put the ring on her finger. "I love you." Harry and Monica both said to each other. Slowly they picked up the presents and went into the Ravenclaw common room.
"Look who I found out in the hall." Monica said as she place the gifts under the tree. "I will be right back I have to bring my gifts down." she said as she went running up the stairs to her room.
Harry waited for her down at the bottom of the stairs in case she needed some help. Harry took her pile of presents and put them under the tree too.

"Ok so mine aren't anything great..." Shanny said. She handed Monica and Harry theirs.
Then Aly hers and Dan his. Then Passed one to Rox and to Cedric both then to Megan and one for both Remus and Lupin to share. She caught their looks and smiled. "Its good enough for you to share, no worries"
Charlie looked at Shanny and said "They are too good it took you forever to pick them out, it was the most boring expirence of my life..." He said.
Shanny smiled as she tossed a pillow at his noggin and laughed. "No presents for you now..." she said waving his present in front of his face.
(Ok I have no idea what you guys wanted so make it up as you open them...lol )

(That sounds good to me. I think we should all do that as we hand out our gifts.)
Monica took her gift from Shanny and said, "Thanks." Monica waited for Harry to sit down before she opened her gift. Monica loved opening gifts. "Wow, thanks." Monica said as she looked at the body wash and lotion Shanny and Charlie had gotten her. "I love it." she said as she walked over and gave Shanny and Charlie a hug.
Harry slowly opened up his gift. "Thanks guys." he said as he pulled out the huge book of Quidditch teams that have won the world cup. "That will be the only book he reads cover to cover." Monica said with a smile. They waited for everyone else to open up their gifts. Monica looked at her ring and turned and gave Harry a kiss.

"Glad you liked it" Shanny said smiling at Monica "I had to buy one for myself too, its fantastique..."
Charlie cut her off and turned his attention to Harry "Yeah dude that one has all the listing and head coaches for all the teams, plus in the back their are clips from most all the games."
Shanny smiled and said "We had to buy him one, or else I feared he might take Harry's and never give it back..."

"This is so cool." Harry said as he opened it up to the back and started to watch one of the clips. "Well I guess we lost him." Monica said as she waved her left hand in front of his face. Harry closed the book as he looked at Monica. "Okay I get the hint." he said with a smile.

"Nice if only that worked on my husband" Shanny said looking at Charlie who was still watch Harry and his book. "Man get a grip you have one at home." She said smiling, lying on his lap. "Even I'm more entaining that a book like that..."
Charlie smiled at her. "Yes, you are amusing to watch I give you that one."
