Rita continued to walk around and take pictures of all the people dancing on the dance floor. She avoided Harry and his friends like the plague. Harry twirled Monica and sang softly to her.

Roxy and Cedric hen went to dance they were spinning so much then when Cedric dipped hershe opened her eyes and a boy popped up and said "Hello Rox" then Roxy nearly screamed and got back up and let go of Cedrics hand then wrpapped her arms around his neck the boy had to bend down to get to her heighth he was taller than Cedric he also was tan tan tan and had very very big dark hair his hair was curly and bushy but she never could get him to cut it. the boy said "I guess this is what you Hogwrats blokes do on a New years Eve." Roxy was beaming and said "Yea I guess what are you doing here I thought I could only see you on summer holliday" she said then hugged him again. the boy said "Yeah Rox I though so too but they are going to let me transfer I can go to school with you again!" then looked over at Cedric who was lost then she said "Cedric this is my older brother Dave Malouchi he went to Durmstrang Institute but is going here now I neve rget to see him but I do now!! AHh isnt this great" then she hugged them togehter and said "My two favorite men with me all the time" then Cedric said "Your brother?" she nodded and he did too then Cedric looked relieved and stuck his hand out to shake Dave's and he shook back then Cedric said "i am Cedric Diggory Roxy's boyfriend." then they shook and continued to talk Dave was taller than nearly everyone at the party and Cedric was only a few inches below him. they talked and Roxy gave them all huggs and was so happy.

Charlie and Shanny follow suit as he lead her out onto the dance floor. She was actaully allowed to walk and grateful for the opportunity. "So handsome" she said wrapping her arms around his neck... "Wanna show em yuor fancy moves?"
Charlie smiled as he began to twirl and dip her all over the dance floor until the song ended.

Monica was so caught up in the dance she didn't even notice when the music had ended until Harry was walking her off the dance floor. "Oh my I love to dance." she said to Harry as they sat back down at their seats.

Roxy started to walk towards her friends Moncia and Harry. she had Dave on one hand and Cedric on the other she said to Monica and Harry "guys thisis my older brother Dave Maluchi. he is transfering here from Durmstrang Institute I thought you might like to meet him" she said smileling and pushing her brother forward iwth her hands.

Harry had his arms around Monica as Roxy came over with Cedric and another guy. Monica looked up at Dave and smiled. "Hi, nice to meet you." Monica said as she offered her hand. Harry reached out and shook Dave's hand first. "Hi, Dave glad to have you here at Hogwarts." Harry said.

Shanny made her way back to the booth alone as Charlie went to go and get drinks. She was about to sit when she saw a new face among her friends. "Hi" she said smiling at the newbie.

''Hey sHanny this is my older brother Dave Maluchi Dave this is Shanny my other friend" she said smiling up at her older bro then he smiled down and said "You keeping my little sis out of trouble?" he said laughing and looking at all the new classmaates he would hae.

Dan and Aleysha saw that everyone else was at the booth getting a drink so they decided to join in.
"That damn Skeeter woman! I want to destroy her with my bare hands," said Dan as he and Aleysha were approaching the others. "It's going to be all over the papers, I can see the headline now, Daniel Radcliffe, Voldemort's new recruit!"
"Dan, just relax ok?"
"Yeah, I'll try," he said as he sat down. "Hey guys."
He looked over at the new guy and said, "Who's this guy?"

Dave said "Hey I am Dave Maluchi. Roxy's older brother I am trrnasferring here from Durmstrang Institute and you are?" she said then stuck his hand out for dan to shake. he was looking down at him smiling.

"Damn you're tall" Dan thought to himself. He shoke Dave's hand and said, "I'm Daniel Radcliffe and this is my girlfriend Aleysha Potter."

Harry heard what Dan said about Rita the he excused himself from everyone. "Excuse me but I think I need to have a little talk with some one." he said as he walked towards Rita.
"Dan don't worry about Rita and her pen." Monica said as she watched Harry talking to Rita. Monica didn't know what he said but she put away the pen and paper and sulked off to sit in a corner.

"YEah Rita she kept coming to my old school Durmstrang and trying to get to to my best friends Viktor KRum I think you have met him before right?" Dave said looking at his sister's friends Roxy said "Yeah he was here earlier for the Tournament." she said
