That is cool about the audio book but I want it on cd in the containers. I only have 2 on audio and they are the CoS and PoA. I asked for the other ones from my dad and I wound up getting the dvd's of GoF and SS. I now have 3 GoF and 2 SS on dvd. I won't even return them or tell my dad.
Maybe this weekend or next I will go to check on my order and add to it. I can't wait only 167 more days.

Yesterday on the news it said Jo wrote on the back of a minature statue that she finished HPATDH on 11 Jan 2007  This was written on the bust of the minature statue at the Balmoral Five Star Hotel in Edinburgh. It is one of the famous hotels in Scotland. Unfortunately the book is being locked up  til 21 July. There will be no spoilers on this book. So all of us will have to wait til 21 July . I am saving up for the OOTP movie and PS2 game and dvd and the final book . I am queuing up outside whsmiths the night before. The book is being released at 00:01AM in all English speaking Countries on July 21. I am not seeing the play because it costs £124 for 2 tickets. I would love to go and see Dan but the cost is horrendous. |

Oh that is sad about not being able to see Dan in the Play. I don't live in England so I know I won't get to see it either. Good luck on saving up money for the movie, games and books. I am doing the same thing.
I read about the bust and the date of when the book was finished. I think that is so cool. Do you think that bust will wind up on Ebay or a tourist attraction?

Question: Do you think JK, is gonna make a follow up book or something, obviously I don't know how this new book is gonna end or anything, but if it leaves us in... Do you think she'll make a follow up or anything, saying like how (if anybody) lived after this whole Dark evil thing went down?

I don't think so because she has said that this is it on the Harry Potter series and that there will be no books about life after Hogwarts. It would be nice but I think we will learn everything we need to know at the end of this book.

I agree with Nutz about that, but how terrific it'll be to have other books, wish we have a book about life "before" Harry was born, and another one about him after Hogwarts, that would make the novel as realistic as ever.

Yeah that would make the series more realistic. I just don't see her doing it but who knows if the demand is high they may talk her into it. But then somebody may copy her idea.

They are the best that is for sure. I was driving home from the book store and I was thinking this is the last midnight Harry Potter party I will be going to. It is sad but thrilling at the same time. And to think I missed all the others. I ordered my deluxe edition book and 2 of the regular ones. Boy I am going to be in debt for centuries.

Hehe, same here, guess the DVD of the movie will have to wait, I can barely afford the deluxe copy of the book, they are persuading me to get the usual one, NO! I wont! I want the deluxe, nothing less that it. a 1$ equals 4 Dirhams (that's our currency) which means, 65$ are 260 DHs, well, that does mean something here if was spent on a book, the one can buy a new mp3 with that, still...Harry is the most important. *screams* am afraid...am really afraid I might not attend that Potter party (if there happened to be one, hopefully there would), coz I might be on the plane travelling somewhere else!  |

I am soo going to a Potter party. (Maybe not Spellbound as I had hoped, though). Still, it's a Potter party. I think I will be crying the entire time I am there. It'll be one of those moments I wish I was suspened in time with, because I'll know I'll never get to return to that time and place and feeling.
Oh, how sad!!! ='(

I hope Barnes and Noble will be having a party again. I know I will be there because they threw an awesome one last time. I had a blast. I have already told people what I want for my birthday. I told my husband I wanted a Barnes and Noble gift card for Valentine's Day. I know why would any woman turn down candy. I would rather read then eat chocolate. The books will last longer then the candy.

Lol Nutz! Same here. Books are also less fattening than chocolates. Well, I still have my quince coming up, which means I'll get most of my presents then even though my birthday was about two weeks ago. I'm asking for B&N and PBTeen giftcards (from my family).
I'll be going to a party, and I'm sure B&N will have one. Why wouldn't they? I went to one there last year and it was awesome.

That is where I went last year too. I know that is why I want the Gift cards. I will keep my waist line the same with out the chocolates. I wouldn't mind the flowers though.
