We don't have Barnes & Nobles in here, But we've got grand Bookshops too. I'm planning on going to one that's in a mall which isn't too far from here (Which also happens to be one of the biggest Bookstores I know). I've not been a Harry Potter fan when HbP was out, & Refo was abroad when the book came out, but she tells me it was all over TV that that certain bookshop opened the doors for tons of HP fans after midnight on the release date, so I won't be late on reading the book like I always am when it comes to seeing the movie. I dunno about parties, but if there's one, I'm SO not missing it. & I'm sure mum would know better than to try to get me back home before it would end.  |

I know the party I went to was from about 9 or 10 PM till Midnight when I walked out with my books. I then went home and started to read the book. I had a great time at the midnight party.

The party was great. I actually found a whole bunch of my friends, so we were running around the store all night. One of them did this really freaky imitation of Sirius in the 3rd movie/book. I got to be the person he grabbed. (Don't ask, it was his own version) I was sooo confused, lol. Wow, great memories.

Wow that was great about having your friends there. I don't have anyone to go with. I am trying to get my son to go but I can't get him to commit. I had a great time and meet some very nice people.

I hope you can get him to go with you! It is so much more fun that way. Plus, you do meet some awesome people. Parties are just great.
My dad has said that he'll take me to either 1) The Eclipse Prom or 2) Spellbound. I would rather go to Spellbound. I still have a couple more books with Twilight.

I figure as the date gets closer I will then ask him to go with me. If not I will check with my daughters friend to see if she is getting the book. If she is then I will see if she wants to go to the party. I got bored because I didn't know any one.
I still have to find those books you were talking about.

OOOH! 7/7/07. The strongest magical number. I see that J.K. Rowling is taking advantage of the year 2007! Anyways, i think the book is going to be awesome. Well, they all are, but they can also be sad too. I hope Snape dies, (even though i'm a Slytherin). I wonder if we will see much of Tonks or Lupin.
