I know. I want to just so I know what happens but then I want the story to keep going on and to never stop... So many mixed emotions. I Just wonder why Leigh didn't like the book. I won't ask until I am done reading because I don't want to ruin the ending....

I know I can't figure out why she doesn't like the book. I am going to have to go back to reading too. I think I only have about 10 chapter left. If I finish it tonight I will have finished this book in just over 24 hours!!!

Yeah I picked up Breaking Dawn at the release party and I had the same opinion as you nutz and Leigh there were too many screaming fangirls that shreaked every five seconds during the last couple of minutes. Sadly I never had a chance to make it to a HP release party so I can't compare the BD release party, but going to the BD release party makes me a little sad that I missed the HP ones.
I been finished with the book for a while and not to give anything away, but I truly have mixed emotions for the book, so I am still undecided on how I truly feel with everything.

Well when I finally started Breaking Dawn I couldn't stop reading it. I loved the book yet I am sorry to see it over. I can see why you have mixed emotions about the book. I think I feel the same way. I don't want to give anything away to anyone that hasn't finished it yet so that is all I am going to say on that end.
Now about the release party. I was lucky enough to go to 2 HP release parties and each one was great. The only problem I had with the HP parties was that I felt that it was only kids that were suppose to participate in the games. I felt like that isn't fair because it is a book that everyone was reading. I just felt like parent looked at all these teenagers to 20 somethings with evil eyes because they were answering questions and not letting the little kids win.
It was packed during the HP release parties but not the Breaking Dawn. I had to camp out for the HP but Breaking Dawn I went in and was able to get a wristband and just sit and wait and read. Now I didn't go to the same place for the Breaking Dawn party as I did for the HP parties. I went to Barnes and Noble for the HP and Borders for BD, and I don't know if that was a difference or not.
My husband said it was probably because it was released during the summer and just before kids go back to school so a lot of people may have been on vacation. I was kind of like ah sorry but if I had ordered the book and new it would be coming out I wouldn't be on vacation.
Otherwise I enjoyed the BD release party even though I didn't participate in the games or anything, since I hadn't even finished the second book by then. I had bought Twilight, New Moon & Eclipse that night and started reading New Moon so I was behind on the books compared to everyone else there.
Okay enough rambling for now...lol

Okay, so I've now explained to Nutz why I don't like the book.
I won't repeat it here because I DO respect your right to 1.) Like the book and 2.) Be able to read it without it being spoiled.
If you want to know why I don't like it, just PM me, and I'll copy and paste what I said to Monica.
Not that my opinion actually matters, though. =p
Some of my friends do like it (most don't, though...) and say that I analyze books too much... which is probably true. So, yeah.
Also, my icon. =) From the BD release where I wore one of the prettiest dresses ever. (You only see the very top in the icon.) It's my mom's old prom dress, and I put a hoop skirt under it. It was soooo pretty. =) But, yeah. =)

I enjoyed reading your opinions and suggest that to anyone who really wants to know to PM her. I loved discussing it in that one message but would love to discuss further with you.
It doesn't matter if you analyze books too much that is what makes it interesting.

Although, I do have to say, after reading the 4th book, I like Jacob a lot more... well... sort of... the whole thing with... yeah, you know what I'm talking about if you've read it... that really creeped me out. As a person, though, I like him a lot more than I did.

Yes I know what you mean. I always liked Jacob yet he wasn't my favorite at the beginning. Is it possible for me to like Edward and Jacob the same amount??? I think so. They are both so different and yet the same...

Yeah I agree with you leigh, after reading breaking dawn, and reading jacob's thoughts I have learned to like him more than I did before. But Edward is still on the top of the list for me. However my room mate is like you nutz she really likes both. She figures that bella will take edward so that she can still have jacob.

Yes, I do love both of them.. I think I would choose Edward over Jacob just because I love how Edward is so old fashioned and everything. He knows so much because he is so much older then everyone else......
