oh i know..i've been trying to find it...but yeah.but voldemort did kill sirius,becuase he could feel it..either that or it's a really teeny chance that he tourtured sirius....they never did say that they found the body.

In the book Sirius was "killed" when Bella and him were battling near the veil. He was hit with a spell and fell through the veil. We do not know what kind of spell he was hit with either.

i think he died*or a less then 1% chance*or got tourterd behind the viel.

Well, in the book Luna said something about the voices behind the veil, and she hinted that they were dead spirits or something of such a nature. Maybe it was a passageway into the next life? No-one knows, sadly enough, but I dont think Voldemort killed him. If voldemort was behind the veil, wouldnt he have just hexed Harry there and then?

Voldemort was not behind the veil. Sirius went through the veil when he was hit by a spell that Bella had thrown at him.

As horrible as this sounds, I hope Sirius dosnt come back. He was a great character, and he really rocked.. but if he suddenly comes back out of the blue it'll just be like; 'What??'

We will find out alot of information in this book. I don't think Sirius will come back either. That wouldn't, I don't think it would fit in at all.
