I know I have explained before about Harry being a horcurx or not. I really don't know if he is one but I think it is plausable. It just takes alot of explaining to do. I am not saying that Voldemort did it intentionally but that he did it by accident.

I know I've already made my point, but I just don't see Harry being a horcrux. I mean... Voldemort has tried many, many times to kill Harry. Why would Voldemort destroy a person who was a horcrux? If Harry were a horcrux, wouldn't be better just to torture Harry into insanity like the Longbottoms? Then he wouldn't have the ability to hurt Voldemort, but he would still be alive and still be a horcrux.
But never ONCE as Voldy attempted to torture Harry into insanity. Sure he's put the Cruciatus curse on him, but not enough to damage Harry's mind. Voldemort has only ever attempted to murder Harry.
