I think they put it on the website tomorrow (20th). I misunderstood them the first time , thinking they would out it on the site on the 17th aswell as in the cinemas.

I don't know if I agree with the PG rating. I think it should have a PG13 rating again. I know the teaser will be on a website on Monday. I can't wait to see it.

They must have cut LOADS out, or at least tamed it down a bit to get a PG rating which is a disheartening thought. How can the films possible get darker if they keep them pgs?

SPOILERSThe following scenes or plot elements have been confirmed not to be in the movie adaptation. * Molly Weasley's boggart at Grimmauld Place. * Knight Bus scenes. * Scenes with Dobby. * Harry's interview with Rita Skeeter in the Quibbler. (Presumed to the exclusion of Miranda Richardson, who played Skeeter in Goblet of Fire, in the film.) * Lucius Malfoy and Fudge talking in the Ministry after Harry's trial.[44] * Quidditch. * Slytherin chants of "Weasley is our King" Thanks to Wikipedia. Not as bad I thought but they could always cut more out

Thanks Tigcat X for posting that information. I have to agree with you Pureblood about the PG ratings. The movies should be getting darker so the ratings should be getting higher. A PG 13 rating wouldn't be so bad. I guess we will know shortly what the rating will be.

To be honest Sam6187, Sirius's "death" wasn't partitularlly bloody or anything, i mean, he just fell over. Don't think that should warrent a 12's. There's lots more nastier stuff in it, that fella who got his head stuck in the time thing creeped me out WAY more.

Your right pureblood but what about the kissing scene with Harry and Cho? do you think children will like that? i am talking about kids who are under the age of 12. Also Dan said on newsround on tuesday that the fifth film is more for teenagers and adults not young children.
Everyone Do you think that Warner Brothers were right to make it a PG?
What do you think?

I don't think the film has officially been rated yet. I think the movie should get a PG 13 rating just like the GoF did. The preview still says this film not yet rated. They still have time to change their minds about the rating anyway.

The rating is not up to WB, it's the censorship association of what ever country you're in, as far as I now. And as for the kissing sence, i dont think thats anything you cant/shouldnt show kids, its not like they're ripping the clothes off each other, you know.

Yeah it is the censorship or whatever it is called. I just know that on the website it states not yet rated. The ratings are based on alot of things such as language, nudity, violence etc. I don't think the kissing scene is going to be all that bad. I am sure kids have scene more in other movies then that little clip showed.

Your right pureblood each country makes up its own rating and as for the kissing scence well my son is 10 and has seen American Pie so a bit of kissing is pretty tame!!!!

That is true Barbara. I know first graders that went to see the Goblet of Fire and thought the movie was great. They didn't even get scared or anything. I think in the US it could get a PG13 rating and still be fine.
